Linda Newlin, MCC

Linda is a leadership development expert, author, speaker, team coach, HR strategic partner, CEO and facilitator for organizations globally.  She has more than 30 years experience supporting individuals and leaders in organizations such as 3M, AMGEN, Harvard, Microsoft, Unilever, Abbvie, Merrill Lynch, PacifiCare Health Systems, Genentech/Roche, Booz Allen, PWC, Broadridge, Wells Fargo and many others. She was one of the pioneers in on-boarding in 1990 as her firm provided quality recruiting and integration for leaders and their teams.  Linda's career began at American Express Company and was the AD of the Pepperdine PKE/Key Exec. MBA program prior to starting her own company.  She has coached over 3500 people globally.

Her passion is to help individuals and organizations through her consulting, coaching, writing, music and speaking.  Author of more than 10 books, Linda writes practical life changing books that support people in becoming better leaders, more whole and resilient humans that are fully present to themselves by applying scientifically proven tools, techniques and life skills to lead their lives with passion and purpose so they can make lasting contributions to their work, family and community.  Her music and videos evoke healing and a portion of all proceeds from her books and music go to organizations helping to end abuse as well ad educate girls in Africa.

Linda traveled with Up With People and enjoyed being an Ambassador of Peace by performing music and participating in community service projects around the globe.  She was awarded the Everyday Hero Award in 2012 by the UWPIAA for her work to bring healing to victims of abuse and trauma.  She was nominated for the Gutsy Gals Inspire Me award in 2014.   She has served on several non-profit Boards including: Pepperdine University Seaver BOV, UWPIAA, Community Film Studio, SMWS Board of Trustees
